Senior Organizational Change Management Specialist-ServiceNow/AI

Job Summary
Lead and execute Organizational Change Management activities for enterprise ServiceNow/AI initiatives, including managing change at the product/project level, developing actionable deliverables to support communications and training, and driving stakeholder engagement. Develop and execute communication, engagement, and training plans (written, verbal, video) for client delivery; organize governance, standards, and reporting for OCM with dashboards and metrics; maintain OCM content repositories and support knowledge standards; provide reporting support to leadership and ensure adoption of new systems and processes through OCM activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process, organizational change and/or learning improvements while leading enterprise-level process improvement projects
- Hands-on enterprise experience leading OCM for an enterprise customer
- Understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices
- Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint and other Microsoft tools to develop work plans and articulate issues
- Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving, strategic thinking, analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to positively influence, mentor and be a credible source of knowledge to less experienced team members
