Senior Organic Marketing & Content Executive - Remote

Senior-level, remote, full-time role focused on organic growth and content leadership without paid spend. Own and execute growth strategy across SEO, AEO, organic social, and content distribution; develop high-quality content (articles, landing pages, social posts) that ranks, gets cited, and drives qualified traffic; perform technical and on-page SEO (keyword research, site structure, metadata, internal linking); optimize content for AI answer engines and LLMs; manage and grow organic social channels; track and report performance and iterate strategy; collaborate with Product and marketing to deliver well-crafted content and guide AI-generated or outsourced visuals; build organic channels from scratch or scale existing ones; bring hands-on experience in growing organic channels and a strong track record in driving organic traffic and rankings. Must-have: 5 years of organic marketing experience with demonstrated growth, strong SEO, AEO, content development, organic social, content distribution, analytical mindset. Nice-to-have: design literacy, hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), CMS/no-code tools, industry-specific experience. Location is remote with global flexibility.
