Job Summary
Senior Order Management Specialist responsible for end-to-end order processing and relationship management with customers for the Care Chemicals team in Lodz. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining SAP orders, coordinating information flow between warehouse, sales force, forwarders and customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders, performing claim management through the Quality Notification System, and assisting customers with problems and incidents. Requires experience in Customer Service Desk or Logistics/Supply Chain, SAP SD knowledge (advantage), proficiency in Excel/Word/Outlook, strong multitasking and communication skills, proactive customer-facing mindset, creativity, teamwork, and English at B2 level plus Ukrainian (C1) or Russian (B2) proficiency. The role offers a relocation package tailored to the current location and a hybrid work setup at the Monopolis complex in Lodz, Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service Desk or Logistics, Export or Supply Chain area
- Knowledge of SAP SD module as an advantage
- Excel, Word and Outlook - working competency
- Logical thinking and multitasking mindset
- Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Creativity and open-minded approach
- Teamwork spirit
- Language skills: English B2+ required; Ukrainian C1 or Russian B2
