Job Summary
Senior Oracle SCM Consultant responsible for delivering Oracle SCM solutions (EBS & Fusion), configuring Oracle SCM modules, supporting CRP/UAT/SIT and go-live activities, conducting process mapping and functional workshops with clients, analyzing business requirements and gap analysis, coordinating data migration and integrations with technical teams, preparing functional documentation, training materials, and user guides, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks within project scope. Requires 4–6 years of Oracle SCM experience (EBS & Fusion), strong knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Fusion SCM Cloud modules, and solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Planning, and Manufacturing processes; hybrid work model and travel opportunities are offered.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Oracle SCM (EBS & Fusion)
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing)
- Good experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Planning, Manufacturing)
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations (CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Support)
- Experience in integrations between Oracle systems and external applications
- Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is a plus
- Experience working with functional and technical teams
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
