Job Summary
Senior Oracle Functional Specialist – Maintenance Cloud responsible for leading hands-on implementation of Oracle Maintenance Cloud from design through go-live. Configure asset masters and hierarchies, work orders, preventive and corrective maintenance, maintenance programs, planning, shutdowns, and rebuilds. Own fit-gap analysis, functional design, and configuration decisions; prepare and validate maintenance data (assets, PM schedules, reference data); design and support functional integrations with Inventory, Purchasing, BOM/WIP, Costing, and Fixed Assets. Collaborate with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, and Supply Chain teams; execute and support SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities; troubleshoot functional issues and drive resolution. Requires 10+ years of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud experience focusing on Maintenance Cloud, strong autonomous delivery capability, and excellent stakeholder collaboration. Hybrid work arrangement with a Calgary-based corporate office, 40-hour weeks, and 20% travel to North American locations; passport required for occasional cross-border travel.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of functional experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, specializing in Maintenance Cloud
- Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and delivering Maintenance Cloud solutions independently
- Proven track record leading multiple full-cycle Maintenance Cloud implementations as a functional lead
- Experience with asset-intensive maintenance operations
- Autonomous working capability without reliance on large consulting teams
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder partnership
- Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Inventory)
- Oracle Maintenance Cloud certification considered an asset
