Senior Oracle Financials Functional Analyst

Job Summary
Act as the internal functional expert for Oracle Financials, supporting business users with guidance on solutions and best practices while analyzing requirements to translate them into effective system implementations. Investigate and resolve complex application issues, participate in enhancement projects from requirements gathering through testing, and create functional documentation. Manage major incident resolution, support month-end and year-end financial activities, and contribute to ERP modernization and transformation programs. Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to drive continuous improvements and ensure stable operations within the Oracle E-Business Suite.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite applications
- Strong functional expertise in Finance module
- Experience in application support, ERP delivery, or functional consulting roles
- Strong understanding of business-critical processes in complex enterprise environments
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Experience with API and API's REST/SOAP
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution or industrial environments
- Understanding of ERP integrations and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical functional solutions
- Good communication skills in English
