Job Summary
Lead enterprise Oracle Aconex implementation and transformation initiatives by configuring document management, collaboration, and project delivery solutions. Set up project templates, organizational structures, user roles, and metadata structures aligned with client standards and Common Data Environment principles. Develop integrations using Aconex APIs to connect with platforms like Revit and SharePoint, while automating business processes and managing document workflows. Translate business requirements into scalable configurations and provide technical guidance throughout the eDMS transformation program.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience implementing and supporting Enterprise Document Management Systems (eDMS)
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex in a techno-functional consulting role
- Expertise in Oracle Aconex configuration, administration, and project setup
- Strong experience with Aconex APIs for integrations, automation, and enterprise connectivity
- Experience configuring Documents, Document Process, Review Matrix, Models, Mail, and Packages modules
- Strong understanding of metadata management, Master Document Register (MDR), document classification, and governance frameworks
- Experience integrating Oracle Aconex with Revit, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Common Data Environment (CDE) principles, document control, governance, and audit compliance
- Strong understanding of enterprise document management processes within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or capital projects
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead enterprise Oracle Aconex implementation and transformation initiatives
- Ability to configure scalable document management and collaboration solutions
- Ability to design secure, compliant, and efficient document workflows and governance processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into configurable Aconex solutions and API-based integrations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
- Ability to drive automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement across document management operations
- Ability to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and governance requirements
