Job Summary
Senior or Principal FM Consultant responsible for delivering high-quality FM advisory services and supporting client engagements across the built asset lifecycle. Role focuses on CAFM/IWMS procurement and implementation, FM cost benchmarking, FM strategy design, asset management strategies, asset verification, and audits. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills with experience in FM operations, contract management, and governance. Based in London with travel across the UK and occasional international travel; involves working with government soft landings, statutory compliance, and operational readiness while contributing to business development and mentoring junior colleagues. Proficiency with CAFM/IWMS systems and a solid foundation in MS Office tools is expected; degree qualification and pursuit of professional accreditation are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
- Progress toward or interest in professional accreditation (e.g. IWFM, RICS, CIBSE or similar)
- Experience within FM, consultancy, or a related environment
- Exposure to client-facing project delivery
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
