Senior Optical Engineer

Senior Optical Engineer responsible for architecture design of flow cytometer optical systems, including laser optical system, signal collection system and imaging system development. Collaborates with mechanical/electrical/system engineers to design optical-mechanical-electronic structures, and develops methods for optical adjustment and assessment. Designs optical verification methods and conducts design verification/validation of the optical system, transfers the design to production, and resolves fabrication/assembly issues to ensure reliability, performance, and on-time delivery. Produces and reviews technical documentation, analyzes post-market failures, writes design documents and validation reports, and implements design changes. Organizes and participates in design and project reviews, utilizes DBS tools to drive compliant, efficient processes, and provides technical support to production and strategy sourcing teams.
