Job Summary
Lead and support site performance improvement initiatives through GPS to achieve operational excellence; drive Lean/Six Sigma-based transformation, coach cross-functional teams on problem-solving, map processes, and develop KPIs; support Site Strategic Plan, LDMS, and EHS/compliance programs; identify opportunities to reduce waste, optimize production flows, and ensure cost savings targets while delivering training and building Lean capabilities across the Jayuya site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or a related environment
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement tools
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing improvement projects from concept through execution
- Solid understanding of cGMP, FDA, and EHS regulations
- Proficiency in data analysis, statistical tools, and process improvement methodologies
- Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish)
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred
