Senior Operator -Technology Support

Job Summary
Senior Operator in Technology Support responsible for remote monitoring and control of the global fleet of Fuel Cell Plants from the Remote Monitoring and Command Center in India. Operates in 8-hour shifts (day or night), supports Field Service Engineers during commissioning and troubleshooting, and Product Quality testing. Escalates failures per procedure and performs other duties as assigned. Requires a polytechnic diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Energy Systems Engineering or Electrical, 2-4 years of relevant experience, basic safety knowledge for fuels and high-temperature applications, familiarity with mechanical systems, piping, valves, Windows OS, MS-Office, and strong communication skills. Knowledge of DCS/SCADA is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Polytechnic in Chemical/Mechanical/Energy Systems Engineering/Electrical
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Basic understanding of safety with fuels (methane, propane, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, plumbing, valves and valve operation
- Experience with Windows OS and MS-Office
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Knowledge/experience with DCS/SCADA are preferred for experienced candidates
