Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator role performing hands-on production and assembly of electronic and/or mechanical components, following process flows and work instructions, with tasks ranging from basic to complex, including hand soldering and sub-assemblies. Responsibilities include maintaining safety and quality standards, reading and following procedures for tooling changes, evaluating quality, and communicating issues to technicians and maintenance. Requires strong math aptitude, attention to detail, good coordination, and the ability to stand long hours and lift up to 40 lbs. IPC certification and prior manufacturing experience are preferred. The role emphasizes owning tasks, problem resolution, and contributing to a safe, efficient manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Years of Work Experience
- Basic Computer Literacy
- Able to follow instructions and production schedules
- Adaptable and able to act quickly when problems arise
- Attention to detail
- Good coordination, motor skills and dexterity
- Ability to stand for upwards of 10 hours a day; lift, carry, move packages and materials up-to-40 lbs.
