Senior Operator, Manufacturing - 1st Shift

Visually inspect product during operation, observe equipment for proper function, and seek maintenance assistance for issues. Perform equipment setup and running, execute process-specific cleaning activities, and ensure proper labeling and storage of materials. Document material runs via Batch Production Records, In-Process Sheets, and Log Books, while performing status verification and post-batch returns in SAP. Assist in training new personnel, perform calibration on scales and line meters, and conduct post-run reconciliation and waste handling. Coordinate and oversee other Operators, acting as a backup to the Lead Operator or Supervisor as necessary. Collaborate with QA and Production Support on unscripted events to minimize quality impact. Performs other duties as assigned.
