Job Summary
Monitor and control hydrogen production and carbon capture processes while adhering to all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) procedures. Identify process deviations, perform routine plant inspections, and execute start-ups, shutdowns, and troubleshooting activities. Support maintenance turnarounds by issuing permits-to-work, applying Lock-Out Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures, and reporting equipment defects through SAP. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure safe, reliable plant operation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requires MBO-4 qualification, 15+ years in process manufacturing, and fluency in Dutch and English.
Required Qualifications
- MBO-4 qualification in a technical discipline or an equivalent technical background
- Minimum of 15 years of experience within a process manufacturing, energy, chemical, refinery, or industrial operating environment
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational discipline
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Willingness to work in a continuous shift operation
- Flexibility to travel to associated operational locations when required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience working within permit-to-work systems and maintenance support environments
