Job Summary
Senior Operator in Nestlé Health Science (Full-time, Day Shift) leads complex manufacturing tasks within the Kitchen Department. Set up, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery; monitor process parameters to ensure safety and quality; operate automated systems via HMI; perform in-process checks and quality inspections; accurately scale and measure ingredients; complete data entry on paper forms, computers, or tablets; collaborate across departments to meet production goals; follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines; may work overtime based on business needs. Must have basic English proficiency and be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the shift. Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM; onboarding and structured start during the first week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or factory setting preferred
- Able to read, write, and understand English
