Job Summary
Senior Operations Technician responsible for ensuring production, labeling, and packaging operations are completed safely and efficiently, with products conforming to quality standards. Roles include supervising line Operators, coordinating with maintenance and warehousing, onboarding/training new operators, maintaining housekeeping, monitoring downtime and safety requirements, and ensuring correct packaging and QC inspection of finished goods. Requires understanding of SOPs, basic computer skills, and ability to adapt to production priorities while maintaining daily output.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years manufacturing/production experience
- Ability to operate a computer (basic skills)
- Proficiency in basic math
- Good manual dexterity
- Ability to read and understand SOPs
- Forklift experience a plus
