Job Summary
Act as the first point of contact for B2B clients, handling inquiries primarily via email and phone. Dispatch emails to internal departments, create and assign tickets in ticketing systems, and generate quotations within SAP. Maintain customer databases and equipment records while managing escalations professionally. This role supports the Dispatch team in Budapest, enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. French C1 level required.
Required Qualifications
- French C1 level (written and spoken)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience
- Competent Microsoft Office user
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle complex customer requirements and manage escalations professionally
- Consistent record of meeting performance metrics and service level agreements
