Senior Operations Supervisor - Transportation (Supply Chain/Logistics)

Senior Operations Supervisor responsible for providing operational leadership to hourly staff across transportation and warehouse tasks, including driver deliveries, loading/unloading of trailers, cross docking, and customer service operations. Supervises processes, participates in hiring, reviews truck runs based on accounts and costs, and ensures compliance with company policies. Manages scheduling, performance standards, and disciplinary actions as needed, with a focus on productivity, safety, and continuous improvement. Reports to location leadership and supports achieving location-specific goals from a night-shift schedule (Mon-Fri, 10:00 pm – 8:00 am) with flexibility during peak seasons; location: Charlotte, NC.
