Job Summary
Senior Operations Strategy Manager responsible for shaping strategy and dashboards for in-field operations in Norway and Denmark, driving data-driven decisions to improve KPIs, managing 3PL relationships from sourcing to contract negotiation, leading budgeting/forecasting, and supporting Fleet/Site Managers to ensure cross-functional process improvements and revenue growth across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's in business, economics, engineering or similar
- 5+ years of experience in operations or strategy from consulting or a hyper-growth start-up environment
- Fluent in English plus Swedish or Norwegian
- Strong analytical capability and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
