Job Summary
Senior Operations Specialist – Administration responsible for end-to-end administration and facility operations, vendor ecosystems, statutory compliance coordination, and employee support. Drives space planning, office moves/relocations, contract management and SLAs, government liaison for licenses and compliance, asset management and procurement, EHS and workplace safety, budget tracking, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration (HR, Finance, IT, Procurement) to support office expansion, infrastructure projects, and overall operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in Administration, Facilities Management, Corporate Services, or Operations within a corporate environment
- Strong hands-on experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, SLA management, and performance monitoring
- Mandatory experience in liaising with government and statutory bodies for licenses, approvals, and compliance
- Experience in office space planning, workplace optimisation, and managing office moves, expansions, or infrastructure projects
