Job Summary
Independently process, reconcile, and balance assigned brokerage wire transactions while communicating directly with advisors and clients to resolve inquiries and issues over the phone. Research and troubleshoot transaction service requests to ensure seamless operations, adhering strictly to industry rules and internal compliance procedures. Identify process improvements and partner with internal and external business partners to implement solutions, utilizing various computer applications to provide operational processing information. Requires 1-3 years of relevant operations or customer service experience and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Full-time, exempt role with a base salary of $44,000-66,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- High school or GED
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience
- Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience
- Ability to research and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven transaction-based environment
- Demonstrated understanding of company and industry regulatory requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail including demonstrated ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume processing situation
- Valid work authorization that does not now, or in the future, require visa sponsorship for employment in the United States (e.g., H-1B, F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, TN)
- Ability to work in the office at least four (4) days per week
- Ability to work from home one (1) day per week
