Job Summary
Provide overall leadership and accountability for safe and effective delivery of warehouse and materials management operations across multiple Alaska locations. Lead supervisors and operational teams to ensure consistent execution of materials handling, inventory oversight, and warehouse support functions. Align operational processes with client systems and performance expectations while developing plans that support efficient resource allocation and workforce planning. Monitor operational performance, manage staffing levels and labor utilization, and foster a strong safety culture with adherence to all company and client expectations. Serve as the primary operational liaison to client representatives, maintaining open communication and proactive issue resolution. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and provide leadership mentoring to assigned team members. Ensure operational readiness and coordinated response during high-priority or time-sensitive operational events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse operations, materials management, or industrial supply chain environments
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving history
- Willingness and ability to travel within Alaska and operate in active industrial environments with seasonal weather exposure
