Job Summary
Senior Operations Manager responsible for leading field operations in EMS, overseeing staffing, scheduling and training, enforcing quality assurance and EMS protocol compliance, and managing budgets and performance metrics. Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to enhance service delivery, drive operational efficiency, and sustain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Requires a Certified EMT or Paramedic license (state-specific) and NREMT certification, with 5-7 years EMS experience, strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
