Job Summary
Senior-level Operations Manager responsible for leading planning and execution of warehouse waves, coordinating with inventory, picking/packing, and outbound teams; overseeing Wave Planning, Execution Oversight, and System Management using WMS/ERP to trigger waves, track status, and troubleshoot issues; monitoring KPIs (productivity, order accuracy, throughput) and driving continuous improvement; ensuring safety compliance, labor planning, and cross-functional collaboration to fulfill customer orders and maintain strong customer satisfaction; requires strong warehouse process knowledge, WMS proficiency, leadership, and the ability to optimize workflows while managing a team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years logistics industry experience
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes
- WMS proficiency (e.g., Manhattan, SAP EWM, Oracle)
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
