Job Summary
Senior Operations Manager (Operations Manager I) leads and develops a diverse warehouse team, designs and implements efficient workflows and labor plans, ensures health and safety compliance, and drives operational efficiency through KPI tracking, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include coaching Supervisors and indirect reports, standardizing processes, reporting on productivity and accuracy metrics, partnering with HR on hiring, coordinating with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships to achieve exceptional satisfaction. Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years in logistics, 2+ years in a supervisory or management role, and a focus on leadership, process optimization, and safety.
Required Qualifications
