Job Summary
Senior Operations Manager to bridge KYC Operations, Product, and FP&A. Drive regular insights from Product/Operations to FP&A, track operational actuals and unit costs across markets, and assess commercial impact of KYC initiatives. Lead as a premier project manager for KYC BizOps with scope from product updates to launching new European markets. Translate operational metrics into financial narratives, build scalable BizOps processes, dashboards, and KPIs. Role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end project execution with a data-driven, commercially-minded approach.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical business/engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in FinTech, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Business Operations, or Finance Business Partnering
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with data visualization/BI platforms (Looker, SQL) is advantageous
- Fluent English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian) advantageous
