Senior Operations Manager - KYC Commercials & BizOps

Senior Operations Manager for KYC Commercials & BizOps at Tide, serving as the operational bridge between Product, Operations, and Corporate FP&A. You will gather insights on planned and live initiatives, translate them into FP&A inputs, and track operational actuals and unit costs across markets. You’ll manage end-to-end KYC BizOps projects, including launches into new European markets and localization of onboarding. You will partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to align roadmaps with financial implications, build scalable processes, and develop performance dashboards. Key responsibilities include commercial tracking and FP&A partnership, ROI analysis of product updates and process changes, headcount and vendor-budget inputs, and cross-functional project leadership. Required strengths include data-driven storytelling for leadership, stakeholder management, project roadmapping, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; Looker/SQL experience is advantageous.
