Senior Operations Manager

Senior Operations Manager overseeing daily performance across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and cost control. Responsibilities include overseeing labor and inventory management, coordinating with department heads to drive cross-functional improvements, leading with attentiveness and accountability, supporting shift coverage as needed, managing special hotel programming and activations, and partnering with General Manager on financial management, revenue and labor optimization, and strategic planning. The role provides mentorship from the General Manager and exposes the candidate to multiple facets of hotel management, with a focus on hospitality leadership and achieving guest satisfaction across programming and events such as Broadway Tuesdays and other experiences.
