Job Summary
Lead end-to-end operations of the pharmaceutical diagnostics value stream in a GMP environment, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements. Oversee shift activities, coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma to enhance throughput and OEE. Monitor KPIs (yield, cycle time, downtime, training compliance, 5S scores) and ensure standard work, visual management, and adherence to EHS and GMP standards while supporting capacity planning and hiring alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Operations Management, Engineering or related field
- Solid experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or diagnostics environment
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production setting
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and production planning tools
