Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operational activities including production, facilities, maintenance, inventory, warehouse management, customer service, contract manufacturing, and cold chain distribution. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators to assess performance, identify risks, and support decision-making while leading continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and cost control. Manage departmental budgets, operating expenses, and capital expenditures in partnership with leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence programs. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, GLP, FDA regulations, and ISO standards, participating in internal and regulatory audits as needed. Support leadership in achieving operational goals and revenue growth, while coaching employees, managing performance reviews, and addressing workforce concerns. Travel up to 15% to support business initiatives, audits, or operational projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or related business functions, including progressive leadership responsibilities
- Prior experience managing teams and operational performance metrics
- Successful completion of a background investigation, as applicable

- Experience within a regulated environment (FDA, ISO, cGMP, GDP, GLP, or similar)
