Senior Operations Manager, Engineered Systems

Senior Operations Manager to join Parsons' Engineered Systems Business team supporting federal markets. Responsibilities include partnering with corporate program leadership to develop and implement program leadership policies, processes, tools and trainings (potentially a program leadership certification program), exploring AI/ML and other modern technologies for application to problems, developing senior-level presentation materials, and working hands-on with sector and program leaders to improve low-performing programs and to capitalize on high-performing practices. The role entails partnering across the company to glean best practices for ES and requires strong knowledge of ES business, a 4-year degree and 10 years of related experience, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally; no explicit security clearance is required. Salary range: $148,300.00 - $266,900.00. The position is part of Parsons’ Federal Solutions team with remote US work possibilities.
