Senior Operations Manager

Oversee the Operations Department and manage day-to-day activities for 8+ accounts, including team hiring, training, and performance management for Regional Managers and Account Coordinators. Serve as the champion of the "Elevation Elite" standard by ensuring all accounts meet high benchmarks for quality and compliance. Partner with teams to upskill staff, support business development through proposal collaboration, and manage administrative aspects of engagement platforms while driving virtual programming initiatives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, CPR/AED certification, and 25% national travel, with a clear path to a Director position.
