Senior Operations Manager, Dispense and Fulfillment Operations

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse inbound, inventory, prescription dispense, and outbound processing operations, leading a team of managers, leads, and pharmacy techs across multiple shifts. Monitor prescription turnaround times to meet internal standards and patient needs while ensuring on-site SOX compliance for inventory controls and cycle counts. Partner with Pharmacy Leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze efficiency, develop key KPIs, and maintain accurate shipping processes that eliminate HIPAA violations. Manage hazardous drug handling with required PPE and respiratory protection, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and physical demands including extended standing and lifting. Report to the Director of Operations within the Gilbert, Arizona fulfillment team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of working experience in a Fulfillment, Warehouse or Distribution environment
- 10+ years in a Supervisory/Management role
- 10+ years of OSHA safety experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Medical approval to wear respiratory protection in the form of negative or positive pressure respirators, including N95, full face respirator, SCBA, or Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR)
- Willingness to confirm understanding of the potential risks (teratogenicity, carcinogenicity and reproductive effects) of handling hazardous drugs

- Master's Degree
- Six Sigma/ Lean Principle experience
- Proven experience leading technically complex projects
