Job Summary
Oversee strategic initiatives and operating standards for front-of-house or back-of-house areas, analyzing financial reports to grow revenue and control costs while ensuring staffing levels maximize the customer experience. Promote positive team relations through effective delegation, foster high staff morale, and execute training programs to deliver an unparalleled guest experience. Maintain a safe environment, adhere to operating procedures, and manage all business aspects from minor details to the big picture. Work weekends, nights, and holidays in a fast-paced, noisy setting, handling 100K days while walking five miles a shift and working average 50-hour weeks.
Required Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- 5+ years of Restaurant/Hospitality Experience
- Proficient in managing the cost of goods sold and labor
- Strong business acumen
- The ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience
- The ability to work weekends, nights and holidays
- Not afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditions
