Job Summary
Own integration launch coordination end-to-end for new enterprise deployments across 10+ EHRs, managing account configuration, provider setup verification, and client-side dependency coordination. Serve as the triage engine for production integration issues, reproducing problems, distinguishing root causes, and driving defensible resolutions while tracking metrics in Linear. Codify integration workflows into documented runbooks and playbooks, establishing operating cadence through weekly executive status reporting and SLA reviews. Report to the information security office for compliance with asset protection policies and annual attestations.
