Job Summary
Senior Operations Implementation Manager at Saxbys, responsible for owning and optimizing cafe SOPs, operational systems, and AI-powered tools; lead development and rollout of AI integrations and workflow automations; collaborate with L&D on training content (Level 1–4, SCEO Badge, SCEO Camp); manage guest recovery and quality assurance processes; standardize POS implementation across cafes in partnership with Marketing, Product, IT, and Operations; drive cross-functional improvements and measurable efficiency gains through AI adoption across the cafe network.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time with a valid driver's license
- Physical requirements: able to stand/walk for extended periods, stoop and kneel, push/pull/lift up to 35 lbs, and ascend/descend ladders, stairs, and ramps
