Job Summary
Senior Operations Generalist will lead and execute core operational processes across CRM, finance, and internal coordination, manage global calendars and communications, track invoices and expense reports, support recruitment and onboarding, conduct research for sponsorships/partnerships/event co-hosting, and mentor junior generalists across time zones. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operational workflows, ensuring high-quality handovers and daily reporting via Slack, and enabling leadership with cross-time-zone collaboration. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote operations, administration, or project coordination
- Strong command of English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Slack
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Proven ability to work independently across time zones
