Job Summary
Senior Operations Executive to lead Squad Operations in LINE MAN Wongnai's Merchant Digital Solutions unit. Responsibilities include direct outbound merchant engagement for onboarding, translating insights into scalable onboarding workflows, owning the activation pipeline to maximize first transactions, and supporting squad execution with weekly to-do lists and project trackers. You will rigorously track onboarding status, maintain BI dashboards, perform data-driven deep dives on merchant behavior, and report progress against quarterly OKRs. The role requires cross-functional coordination with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, plus identifying and implementing process improvements to elevate overall execution excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Success, Project Coordination, or a fast-paced Tech Startup environment.
- Mastery of Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Execution Excellence & Discipline: Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Analytical Foundations: Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Resilience & Problem-Solving: Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
