Job Summary
Monitor cloud spending across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Alibaba platforms while tracking budgets, usage, and cost allocation to identify variances and savings opportunities. Manage internal operational tools like Jira, configure workflows, and resolve bottlenecks to ensure efficient day-to-day activities. Prepare monthly cost reports, support annual budgeting, and maintain corporate licenses and certifications for compliance standards. Review existing processes to implement automation, system integrations, and improvements that reduce manual work and enhance profitability. Collaborate with technical, finance, and project teams to translate data into actionable insights and deliver standardized operational documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, IT Operations, FinOps, Project Support, or a related role
- Good understanding of operational and financial processes, including budgeting, cost monitoring, and expense tracking
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, reports, and spreadsheets
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple responsibilities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to cloud platforms and cloud cost management is an advantage
- Experience with Jira administration or other internal business systems is an advantage
- Experience in process improvement, workflow optimization, or automation
- Experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba Cloud, or other cloud platforms
- Knowledge of FinOps or cloud cost optimization
- Experience with Jira workflow and permission management
- Exposure to ISO, corporate certification, compliance, or audit processes
- Experience with automation, scripting, system integrations, or AI-based productivity tools
