Senior Operations Analyst

Senior Operations Analyst who will collaborate across member support, financial crime, finance, tech, product, and external suppliers to ensure smooth operation of processes, define and monitor performance metrics, analyze root causes of sub-optimal processes, update and optimize defined workflows, manage SLAs and cross-functional projects, and act as a level-3 support liaison. Candidate should be proficient with Excel, SQL, Looker, and data-driven decision-making, capable of communicating with technical and business audiences, and comfortable operating in a remote-first, Bulgaria-based environment. Responsibilities include monitoring process performance, driving improvements, managing incidents, and supporting product managers to deliver value and improved member experiences.
