Job Summary
Senior Operations Analyst, Supply Chain Visibility leading regulatory and voluntary disclosures and governance for SCV; coordinates reporting cycles for EUDR, Conflict Minerals, and facility disclosures; validates supplier data, supports governance reviews, and provides user support for SCV platforms while collaborating with Legal, Controllership, and Technology to ensure audit-ready documentation and effective governance across a global, cross-functional team.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in supply chain compliance, responsible sourcing, sustainability, ESG, or related regulatory programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting regulatory reporting, data collection, or disclosure processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to validate complex datasets and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey compliance findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Sourcing, Technology, Policy, and business partners.
- Willingness to work across different time zones and within a global team.
