Job Summary
Senior Operations Analyst, Statement Specialist responsible for coordinating and supporting the production of quarterly and annual client statements, ensuring on-time delivery with strict quality standards. Responsibilities include reviewing portfolio accuracy via reports, balancing statement discrepancies, coordinating with internal/external partners for timely statement delivery, participating in testing and implementation of internal operational enhancements, creating and updating SOPs, delivering reporting to management, providing professional customer service, maintaining confidentiality, setting priorities to meet deadlines, and adhering to security procedures. Must show creativity, self-motivation, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills, with overtime flexibility during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of operations experience in the Canadian Investment Industry
- strong analytical skills
- excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
- effective verbal and written communication
- strong Excel knowledge
- ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- experience with reporting and SOP/documentation creation
