Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Operations Analyst (Reconciliation) to join our team with expertise across the full trade lifecycle and Investment Accounting Operations. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving reconciliation breaks, preparing monthly reports, performing daily reconciliations of Cash, Trades and Positions, and liaising with clients and custodians. A strong candidate will have significant experience in operations, a Bachelor’s degree in finance, and advanced analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of reconciliations
- Significant experience in working within a buy-side or outsourced Operations team
- Understanding of claims procedures
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- A good level of knowledge of Capital Market products
- Familiarity with diverse security types and the investment industry
Desired Qualifications
- Business Analyst, project or onboarding experience is an advantage
- Enhanced communication with good verbal and written skills (English Language)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (Word & Excel)
- Strong analytical skills and logical understanding of the processes
