Senior Operations Analyst - Local Operations

Conduct global manufacturing and macro-environment scanning to identify productivity concepts and models. Liaise with operations and process teams overseeing raw material input, value additions, quality assurance, and finished goods to achieve unit goals. Lead the budgeting process by facilitating, monitoring, and reconciling financial budgets, costing reports, and profitability analyses to ensure accurate management and target achievement. Formulate strategies to optimize resource utilization and assist the Director in evaluating internal capacity. Provide operational insights to the Director and plant management to improve productivity and reduce unit costs while ensuring compliance with governance frameworks and group policies.
