Job Summary
Develop and analyze organizational plans, strategic initiatives, and performance metrics while evaluating Federal and DoD guidance to determine impacts on mission operations. Recommend process improvements using Government best practices and prepare executive briefings, talking papers, and reports for leadership. Monitor enterprise operational status, coordinate governance boards and stakeholder meetings, and develop process maps and workflows. Collect and report operational metrics supporting decision-making, research emerging technologies for Communications Contested Environments, and facilitate strategic resource planning and risk assessments. Requires Active Top-Secret Clearance and experience supporting Department of Defense programs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top-Secret Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Relevant Government experience
- Experience supporting Department of Defense or Federal Government programs
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Organizational and strategic planning methodologies
- Government operations and enterprise governance
- Process improvement and performance measurement
- Executive-level reporting and briefing development
- Operational metrics analysis and dashboard reporting
