Job Summary
Senior Operations Analyst to design and support operational test and evaluation activities, apply ORSA, perform quantitative/qualitative data analysis, develop performance measures, and support M&S activities including VV&A. Utilize JMP or Design-Expert for analysis, automate data analysis with Excel/Access scripting, and prepare reports and accreditation documentation. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and demonstrated experience in operational test design, ORSA, and statistical/data analysis techniques. Location is Norfolk, VA with on-site requirements; Security Clearance: Secret.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in operational test design and ORSA
- Strong knowledge of mathematics including algebra, calculus, statistics
- Experience identifying performance measures and selecting appropriate mathematical methods
- Experience applying scientific, statistical, and data analysis techniques to support decision-making
- Experience supporting Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and VV&A processes
- Familiarity with operational test design software (e.g., JMP, Design-Expert)
- Experience with scripting and automation in Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
