Job Summary
Senior Operations AI Engineer in PwC Greece Athens responsible for architecting and delivering AI-driven operational solutions at scale. Lead ML model development using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and scikit-learn for supply chain, logistics, and operations optimization. Build agentic AI tools with LangChain/LangGraph or CrewAI to autonomously monitor, reason, and propose actions; design multi-agent, end-to-end workflows with RAG pipelines and vector databases; deploy production-grade AI systems (APIs, ML pipelines, cloud deployments on Azure/AWS/GCP) with Docker/Kubernetes. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and guide clients on AI adoption and implementation strategy across complex environments; stay ahead of GenAI, LLMs, and MLOps trends. Communicate findings to senior client leadership; support business development via proposals and technical presentations. Requires degree in relevant field (PhD a plus) and 5–8 years of production software/ML engineering experience with leadership; strong Python and ML tooling proficiency; experience with agentic AI frameworks, orchestration tooling, cloud platforms, data visualization; excellent Greek/English communication.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field (PhD a plus)
- 5–8 years of professional experience in production-based software engineering, ML engineering, AI systems or data-intensive application development with demonstrated technical leadership
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (AutoGen, CrewAI or similar) and practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG architectures and AI orchestration
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tooling and modern GenAI tooling
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP valuable)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for production deployments
- Knowledge of supply chain, logistics or operations domains (advantage)
- Experience designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise AI integrations (ERP, TMS, WMS)
- Familiarity with MLOps platforms (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML)
- Strong curiosity and continuous learning in AI landscape
