Senior Operational Risk Specialist

Job Summary
Act as a strategic partner to Business Units, guiding them through operational risk identification, monitoring, and mitigation in accordance with the Bank's Operational Risk Policy. Facilitate navigation of risk management tools including RCSA, KRI, CET, and Incident Management to ensure clear oversight of the risk posture. Design and develop Operational Risk reporting dashboards to support aligned reporting with BNM requirements. Critically assess root causes, evaluate controls, and perform risk assessments for new products and material process changes. Oversee risk management for vendor and third-party partnership onboarding and renewal. Support the team on strategic initiatives and special projects as the bank evolves.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience within banking or financial services industry
- deep specialization in Operational Risk Management
- proven track record managing BNM ORR
- Solid grasp of BNM policy documents
