Senior Operational Defect Manager

Job Summary
Senior Defect Manager leading the defect management function across multiple release streams, defining and enforcing defect management standards, supporting post-go-live hypercare, analysing production incidents, driving continuous improvement, and providing training on defect handling to internal and external project members. Collaboration with Test Factory, cross-organisational steering committees, and ensuring lessons learned are captured and acted upon; experience with complex multi-stream environments, root cause analysis, defect tracking tools, ITSM, and English communication.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in defect management or quality assurance
- root cause analysis

- defect tracking tools and ITSM platforms
- English proficiency
- ISTQB Advanced Level (nice-to-have)
- ITIL v4: Problem Management and Continual Improvement (nice-to-have)
- ERP-centric environments (e.g. SAP S/4HANA) (nice-to-have)
- Agile/Scrum practitioner (nice-to-have)
