Job Summary
Senior Oncology Account Specialist (Prostate Cancer) promotes Pfizer’s oncology portfolio to healthcare providers and accounts, educates the healthcare community on appropriate product use, calls on accounts and organized customers to improve patient experience and care quality, links account insights with Pfizer resources, and leverages strategic account management to drive product adoption across oncology settings in the Brooklyn/NY area and broader territories. Requires oncology sales experience, ability to communicate complex scientific information to diverse customers, strong relationship-building and strategic planning skills, and willingness to travel domestically.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree from an accredited institution OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel domestically and stay overnight as necessary
- Valid US driver’s license and driving record in compliance with company standards
- Minimum of 4 years of previous Pharmaceutical Sales experience or Oncology Healthcare Professional experience
- Exceptional aptitude for learning and ability to communicate technical product and disease management information
- Strong business acumen and proficiency with digital applications and Pfizer’s technology model
